In the above figure, the glasses of water do not spill out water since they are also inclining at the same rate as the underlying support which is set in angular motion by a device.

now, if the support will not tilt as the device tilts then the water would spill out of glasses.

This proves the centrifugal force existence and the same principle is employed in the trains.
